If you like history, this is a must- read. Laura Hilenbrand writes beautifully about Louis Zamperini's life and his time served as an Army Air Corps bombardier during World War II. It's a wonderfully written and emotional read!
This book is a very fun and light hearted read that every girl (at any age) will love. It gives some insight into the life of four Parisian women- style tips, love advice, recipes, and more. Such a fun and relatable book!
Ayn Rand writes a distopian novel which is centered around a young man who violates strict laws of society to love a woman of his choice. Well aware of the severe punishments they both could face, they break the rules and create world of their own. If you liked 1984 by George Orwell and Fahrenheit 451 by Ray Bradbury, you should give this one a try!
Jeannette Walls writes about her mother's and grandmother's life and somehow it's just as unbelievable as her own. Read this book!! You won't regret it!
The Glass Castle is by far the best memoir I've ever read. I've read a lot of memoirs, and let me tell you, no one's life is as jaw dropping as Jeannette Walls'.This is an inspiring book about resilience and redemption- you won't be disappointed!
I'm sure you've heard of Agatha Christie- the queen of mystery, but have you read any of her novels? They're all wonderful, but this one takes the cake. Read it!
Elie Wiesel writes an informative and (very) emotional memoir about his experience in Birkenau and other concentration camps under Hitler's authority during World War II. Very sad, very eye- opening, very good. If you feel like crying, read this book.
This classic is an absolute must-read. Enough said.
If you have any experience sewing, this hilarious book belongs on your coffee table.
Agatha Christie wins again. If you're a murder mystery enthusiast, read this book. (the movie's good but the book wins)
I absolutely loved this memoir. It's a wonderfully written and relatable story about making decisions on a whim and never looking back. Lara Prior-Palmer signed herself up for the Mongolian horse race on a whim and ends up being the youngest rider and first woman to win it. Read it!!!!
